Finally !!!

Coming from bodybuilding and powerlifting, I have been on a 3 year search for optimal health. I have read everything I could get my hands on to try and understand why I can't get healthy or stay lean. I don't believe anything the diet/exercise industry preaches. No diet worked for me, I either starved and felt tired or got sick. I knew it wasn't normal to have to be in a caloric deficit to live life. Then I stumbled on the kick it in the nuts book and kick it naturally podcasts . I feel like someone finally has answers that make sense. I really love listening to the podcast and continue to learn so much from Tony and Will. I look forward to every week when the newest podcast comes out

Understanding Cravings and Binge eating.

I don't normally write reviews, but i had to take the time to write one on this podcast. This was both really funny, and informative. It really helped me to understand why i was craving sooo much junk in my face, but did it in a really funny, and real talk kind of way, so i actually understood it. :) I am soooo excited about this group of podcasts, they just seem so down to earth, and real. :)
