I'm re-reading the Anne (of Green Gables) books and am reminded of how she uses the word kindred spirit: for those she can relate to, those she feels a soul-ish connection with. That's how it feels to listen to these podcasts: I am understood, I am seen and I am encouraged. I've enjoyed listening to these conversations with gracious mommas seeking to love God, themselves, their families and others well.
Like chatting with a wise, grace-filled friend
Loving this podcast! Emily’s voice is soothing and lovely to listen to. But more than that, each episode feels like sitting down to chat with a friend—a friend who is wise, encouraging, and grace-filled. I leave each episode feeling encouraged and uplifted. BONUS—each episode is only about 30 minutes long. And all the busy mamas said amen!
Love Emily's voice and thoughtful questions... her guests are so kind and gracious as well! This is a great podcast for moms searching for meaningful (and even "slow," in a sense) motherhood.
