Jumpstart your group and inspire creativity!

A colleague let me know about this short podcast and it's great for getting ideas and little exercises that open the minds of your team members. It's been very helpful and has become a regular feature in the office when we start a new project or need a fresh approach to a problem. Thank you Craig.

Short Great Breaks

This show isn’t very long, it only lasts an average of about 5 minutes and that’s perfect. As a single host show much longer can be too much; this show is short and doesn’t sound like a lecture, it’s more of a 1 sided conversation that draws you into thinking and answering it to yourself. It’s a great resource for anyone that is facilitating brainstorming or design thinking projects.

Great way to jump-start brainstorming!

Each episode of Launch Pad Problems (LPP) is a short but densely packed show now in my regular rotation of podcasts. I can’t get through my week without it! Craig’s wit and choice of topics (cow tipping, beer drinking [um, yes, please?], and a Roald Dahl–like inspired unidirectional elevator) are fresh each week, and he offer insights that leave me thinking more critically about the world around me. The second part of each creative session involves Craig, the host of LPP, unpacking the problem and explaining how he might solve the challenge, but he still leaves it up to the listener to decide on his/her own how best to approach that week’s topic. Although I’m not running a workshop or have a team of innovators myself, the challenges he poses each week are applicable even to me! It’s not about running a team, but instead beginning to think about those things you never thought about before. LPP does just that—all while being the most entertaining design thinking, problem-solving podcast out there! Subscribe to it — you won’t be disappointed!
