An enlightening legal discourse

America is a nation of laws, and sometimes those laws can be confusing. Professors Epstein and Yoo do a fantastic job of raising precedent from the past, providing insight, and clarifying the meaning of the law as it relates to life and politics in modern America.

Epstein, Yoo & Senik Are Entertaining And Knowledgeable

Host Troy Senik has a genius for injecting wry humor into the discussion while seamlessly moving the discussion along. Richard Epstein is one of those rare individuals who speaks in paragraphs while remaining entertaining and interesting. John Yoo’s every-man jocularity and laugh-out-loud thought experiments make it easy to forget that his resume includes an appointment as the Deputy Assistant U.S. Attorney General. It’s a great podcast: both fun and educational.

The Best legal podcast on the net

This podcast from the center-right of the legal world is simply one of the smartest and best legal podcast ever. Want to know what the Constitution actually says and how the Supreme Court works or are you interested in the dependence of the American legal framework on Roman Law this is the podcast for you. Yoo and Epstien are wonderful legal minds and Troy Senik keeps them focused and on course for nearly the whole hour. Wonderful, listen now and you will not regret one minute with these gentlemen.
