Living Beyond with Hope is your top health resource to find support, inspiration, and lifestyle tips when living with a diagnosis. These are not tips on how to accept a diagnosis or illness and start accommodating it, or how to throw a band-aid on medical symptoms, but rather, how to integrate it into the life you love. I'm Hope Mangiafico, and I've lived with type 1 diabetes since 2002. Over the years, I've experienced the same roller coaster of emotions as you, living with a chronic health condition, and I finally decided to see what I could do to regain motivation and start designing the life I love. I researched high and low to determine what would set me free, and now I'm happy to share with you what myself, and hundreds of others, have discovered to allow us to live beyond. ||CleanLBWH 036: Happiness is Where It All Begins||Where does our happiness come from and what do we consider to make us happy? When we’re on a journey, on a health journey especially, I think sometimes we believe that living beyond our condition and not being defined by our condition is what will make us happy. I’m learning as I live day to day and I have my good days, I have my not so good days that are out of control and I may be having a million things just happening and taking place and I notice that I get caught up in the hustle and buzzle of life.
