Legacy Code Rocks explores the world of modernizing existing software applications. Hosts Andrea Goulet and M. Scott Ford of Corgibytes are out to change the way you think about legacy code. If you’re like a lot of people, when you hear the words “legacy code” it conjures up images of big mainframes and archaic punch card machines. While that’s true — it only tells a small part of the story. The truth is, the code you leave behind is your legacy, so let's make it a good one.

L.C. Challenged my Routine!
I am sitting here coding away at work, trying to keep my brain busy while i crunch numbers, and solve problems, and this show is really helpful and interesting. I hadn't even realized that every single estimate i make, is pretty much horse crap.
Also, I am a maintainer. I have been diggin a particular AMS product our of irrelevanacy for 3 years now. We actually stabilized the product. We went from thousands of bug case in the backlog, to like 6. Revenue is going up, clients are coming in droves. It's nice to hear other maintainers opinions. I hadn't even realized there was a name for what i did.
Corgibytes sounds like my kinda place! Keep this podcast going. For me. I love it.
I guess this is your only review, i hope it helps people! Maintainers unite!
I listen to every episode
Full disclosure, I'm the host. But I also get really excited when each podcast comes out because I get to listen to these conversations again and rediscover something I missed because I was so focused on making a good episode. :)
Podcast that exposes people to the importance of doing rework
A much needed podcast for people who are faced with rework, when it comes to building products and companies, and how to stay motivated by doing it.
