Joe's breadth of knowledge on strength and conditioning is unparalleled. I enjoy hearing not only from him but the talented interviewees which range from Olympic Gold Medalists to PhD's, and world-renowned instructors.

I have had the pleasure of training with Joe in person, and his tenacity and focus during workouts helped push me to mastering various exercises and movement preps.
