Finally an interesting fitness podcast
Typically I like story and motivational podcasts. I find that when I try to mix my hobbies and interests with podcasts, I get bored quick.
I love wine tasting. Turns out listening to people drink and talk about wine is boring.
I love fitness and training. Turns out listening to people talk about what they do or don’t eat or how much they lift is boring.
Enter Lionhearted. Finally, a fitness and health podcast worth listening to. Dave is well spoken and clear in his points. He gets his message and ideas across in a way that is easily accessible to all listeners. You don’t have to have a scientific background nor a fitness background to understand him! And, even better, his ideas and tips are thought provoking and motivating.
Worth a subscribe for sure.

I love hearing the stories from guests and hearing how people are making a real difference in the lives of others. Positive motivation about life, people, and living your best life. Plus the bonus of finding out where all the best pizza is. So entertaining.
