Fantastic
What a treasure trove. The whole Warner Archive Collection is such a brilliant and exciting concept and the icing on the cake are these podcasts. It's like Warners is throwing a huge party and inviting everyone.
Thanks to Warner Brothers for preserving the great Theater of the Mind!
These radio performances are wonderful and entertaining stories of bygone years. They are great fun to listen too, then catch the full movie version. I wish more of our modern film makers would create radio versions of big movies like Lucas did with the original Star Wars for radio.
A great introduction to film history!
I really enjoy the podcast because it covers a lot of great films, many of which have never been available for home viewing. George and the gang do a great job of pointing out facts and tidbits that are little known about the films or actors, although some of them are a bit of a stretch to see why they might be interesting. I especially enjoy the interview episodes because they introduced me to people that I would have more or less overlooked in my growing passion for all things cinema, or they give inside info on popular actors and movies from the people who experienced it.
