This podcast has captivated my interest. Good topic and looking forward to the progress. Thumbs up.
Very engaging and compelling show!
Erin and Big Hurc dig into some great topics around the "Live Like and Athlete" theme. The topics are great for people at any stage of fitness and nutrition from novice to expert. Regular people can do things to live like an athlete, with maybe the exception of the big salary.
Finally the Primal and Paleo lifestyle going mainstream and I love it! Mix it in with some serious sports talk and you have a definite winning combination. Keep it up, and look forward to see what you do next.
