Love this...

Fascinating insight into how we can all look forward to longer and heathier lives. Take a listen, you'll enjoy it.

Real science, relatable people

I'm enjoying the combination of scientists working hard on aging issues, and real, relatable people leading inspirational lives. Other podcasts (and books and magazines) I've tried tend to be too super sciencey and hard to follow, or stories without facts. So far I'm three episodes in, and wanting more. Please keep them coming!

Fantastic Listen!

This is a wonderful podcast, full of intriguing insight into a fasctinating subject which affects us all. Peter Bowes has a calm, authoritative delivery and a great way of teasing scientific detail from his guests in a clear and relevant manner. I would highly recommend subscribing.
