Love this podcast!
This podcast is great and I fully enjoyed listening to it. The hour flew by and I felt like I was sitting right there with them in the discussion. I will definitely listen to it again and can't wait for the one to follow. Manda's tale is all too familiar and hopefully others listening to her story and her strive to reach her goals will be encouraged to attain health and mental well-being. Stefani does a great job leading the discussion and her website (Paleo for Women) is so informative for women looking for the right paleo solutions. I came away from this with a new mantra "Love My Body...Love My Self" and I repeat these words to whenever I need inner encouragement. Thank you so much Stefani and Manda!
Love these ladies and their genius insights!
Stefani and Noelle have a great dynamic between them that makes me feel like I’m a part of the conversation. They’re so warm and welcoming and offer thoughtful information that can be easily applied to create a healthier life.

Stefani hasn't had a chance to do her podcast for quite some time, but I LOVED it. I've re-listened to several of the episodes multiple times. Her book, "Sexy by Nature: The Whole Foods Solution to Radiant Health, Lifelong Sex Appeal, and Soaring Confidence" is one of the most amazing books I've ever read. No kidding, and not an exaggeration. I hope she begins to have time to do her podcast again, but I am grateful for the episodes she has done!
