Entertaining. I just discovered this podcast last week. I too am just a regular guy trying to lose weight, I find this show useful and encouraging.
Very uplifting and perfectly paced
I enjoyed listening to Tom'a podcast. His upbeat tone made made it a good listen on my drive in to work. I also enjoyed the mini-educational tid-bits. Great job! Can't wait to hear what else you put out on this series. Now to check out your other podcasts.
