Love yourself healthy is a podcast that aims to positively influence listeners when it comes to the topic of body image, self love and acceptance of ones self. I will also be discussing a range of health issues tackling them from a completely different perspective - mind, body psychology. Throughout the podcasting journey I also aim to interview 'real life' people and get to know their stories on body image, self love and health struggles. I want this platform to be used as a way to become more educated and open minded about the importance of taking care of and nurturing yourself from within. I recently found your podcast and it is amazing! I’ve already listen to every episode! I felt like the binge eating segment was spot on with everything I do. I woke up early today and ate a healthy breakfast for the first time. Your podcast is extremely helpful as I had no idea why I couldn’t stop myself from eating even though I was full.
