A very different fitness podcast
This is a very entertaining podcast in that it covers a little bit of everything. Mike has a good sense of humor and I like the way he makes nutrition easy to understand. I don't always agree with what he says but I learn something every episode. A good podcast for experienced weight lifters as well as beginners.
turn that mush into muscles
I didn't know what to expect when i download the FunkCast for the first time. Usually the fitness shows I have listened to in the past were informative but kind of boring. I have to admit this podcast is pretty entertaining. Michael takes a couple of topics and really breaks them down so you understand it. Being a personal trainer he knows how to talk about fitness without making it too complicated. And he throws in some humor to. It is nice because he doesn't have the ego a lot of fitness people have and it is almost like he is talking to me. I highly recommend this podcast for the beginner, the person trying to get in shape and anyone who wants to hear good information on nutrition and getting in shape.
Easy to Understand
I liked this podcast, which is for both men and women. To get in shape from different perspective, I think this one will definitely help you. It will help mostly to the beginners get in shape. Anyone who wants to hear about weight training and nutrition, I will suggest to select this podcast to start which will help you to be fit if you follow Mike's easy understandable tips. He has a nice sense of humor and he made it easy to understand.
