Amazing Podcast

This is the podcast I've been waiting for. Most vegan podcasts don't have a real focus...they stray from health to animal welfare and then back again. This podcast has a clear focus on plant-based health...which isn't easy to find. Ryan is clear, concise and down to earth in his health recommendations. His topics are thoroughly researched and I enjoy his rants which come from the heart. This is now my favorite plant-based podcast. Plant-based since Oct 2012. -Jason

Ryan's podcast rocks!

Very informative and I personally love his rants, which are often true when referring to how other nutritionist and health influencers advise their clients.
Ryan's mentality is to eat mostly plants and by doing so, I have noticed a huge difference in my skin, energy and even how my clothes fit.

Really amazing podcast for newly plant based folks!

I love Ryan's podcast! He has a really humble approach to relaying a message. I also appreciate the break down of all to the FAQs for people going plant based for the first time. I began eating mainly plant based 2 months ago, and I turn to Ryan's podcast for guidance as this is new territory for me. His podcast episode about protein converted my boyfriend to plant based !!!
