So many resources...
This is one of the best podcasts I have listened to in regards to teaching best practices. I am a 5th/6th grade math teacher and have been looking for ways to spark more math discussions and for students to learn how to show their thinking. Excellent resources presented. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and experiences!
Informative and fun to listen to
I’m an elementary teacher , so after listening to the first episode I wasn’t sure I could get a lot out of this. There is some mention of specific content, but most of the concepts are generalizable, like how to spark curiosity. You can listen to this on your way to school and start applying some ideas and mindset shifts right away :)
Love the podcast! In seraching for something better, I fell onto Dane Elhert's curriculum for Algebra I. Quickly immersed myself in Estimation 180 and 3 Act Math and now Kyle and Jon. Talk about a gold mine! Thank you guys for being real and relatable!
