Genuine and Insightful
Listening to Martial Arts & Life feels like sitting down for coffee with the hosts, who just happen to be prolific authors and extremely knowledgeable martial artists. The podcast is completely unscripted, making it a casual, easy listen, but somehow never devolves into rambling or getting far off topic. The discussions tend to be more thought-provoking than instructional, although the hosts' expertise certainly does shine through. The content is interesting and unique enough to be of value to the serious martial artist, but accessible enough to be interesting to more casual listeners as well. Excellent podcast.
