It's about how, why, and the history. How do you make a fist? How do you kick without hurting your hips? How do you punch harder than anyone else? It's about hacking the Martial Arts for the best possible outcome and carrying on the tradition of my instructor. Always improve. Always question. Always learn.

Dr. Chapel podcast
I really enjoyed the laid back interview technique used. I can honestly say from personal experience, the podcast was like so many conversations I have had in that very same room. It is good to get all of this pertinent and resourceful information out to the public.
Interesting history and technical discussion
I’ve never actually been a martial arts person, but regardless I find the discussion very interesting and informative. Brad seems to be incredibly knowledgable about a variety of disciplines in self defense and does a great job getting his guests sharing. Most of all the history covered in these episodes is great, and I suspect this is the only primary sources for a lot of what the guests share.
