Great quality and easy-to-understand workout regimen.
This podcast is bright, fun and very easy to follow and helpful in or out of the gym. I like the quick, concise explanation of the execrcizes and the graph of reps for my experience level. The workout mix album that accompanies this podcast is helpful, as well. I recognize all the songs, but they are mixed together non-stop and at a faster BPM so the music actually keeps up with my pace, helping me to keep up the pace!
Where's the rest ?
I really like this podcast and I'm a Marzia fan but, where are the rest of the videos.
