Diabetics need to hear this!
Great podcast! The verifiable data supporting a high fat diet is out there. The hard part is the first step. For me the most meaningful comments had to do with eating high carbs and high fat at the same time. If you are eating both you are storing fat. You can’t store fat and burn it at the same time. I’m going to put that on a sticky where I can be reminded of this!
Brian Mowll is fantastic! He makes sense of what can be a very frustrating and complicated disease for many of us to reverse . I’ve been a fan of his diabetes summits and YouTube channel. So glad he’s got this podcast!
Mastering blood sugar.
Dr Mowll is the most knowledgeable person I have heard on this insidious disease. His guests give new perspectives and complementary information. Love this podcast!
