Chel has meditations for everything and everyone. I can always find the exercise and words that I need in her episodes. Her voice is soft and soothing and always leaves me feeling more calm, present and centered. Thank you Chel!


I have very young children who have re early started sleeping through the night. I have made a goal of starting to wake up early and spend a few minutes of alone time and do some meditation. This podcast is AWESOME for that for me. Short and awesome to be able to choose from different topics I feel like I’m really needing more focus or centering with. Thank you.
