Leslie and Kevin invite through-provoking conversations that everyone benefits from, whether it’s at work or in social settings. It seems like we are expected to know how to interact with men and women yet the “me too” stories are seemingly endless, showing that many do not, to the detriment of men, women and corporations. Excited about future episodes that discuss solutions to getting more women in higher level positions with the encouragement and support of men. Go Kevin and Leslie!
Bold, much needed initiative
Much needed dialogue to improve civility and effectiveness in the workplace. I appreciate your candor and I was pleased to hear you acknowledge the value of diversity at the executive level, not only from a perspective of gender, but also from political and religious perspectives. Regardless of gender, race, party, or religion, diversity indeed enriches the dialogue, and ultimately, the quality of outcomes/outputs. Thank you for tackling such a complex issue. Congratulations on your first podcast! I hope your reach will expand exponentially!
Beyond “Good Ole Boys” & “Me, Too”
Love the fact that these two leaders are willing to navigate the issues facing men and women in the workplace! Great fodder for mature conversations. Looking forward to future episodes that might address ways to dissolve stereotypes and value gender differences at work.
