Enlightening
Finally someone who can give us the physiological understanding of what’s happening with our hormones
Whew!
I titled this “whew” because I thought I was going crazy until I stumbled upon this podcast. Chris and Rhonda do a great job of putting menopause into perspective with easy to understand language. It seems that nobody likes to talk about what a woman goes through during this time. This made me feel isolated, frustrated, and scared! I feel much more hopeful after listening to just the first few episodes. Thank you, ladies!
