Description

Mental Jiujitsu (abbreviated as MJJ) is a framework, perspective, or approach that aims to connect the previously unconnected. I created 'The Mental Jiujitsu Podcast' to record my conversations with notable people in the AAPI community (among others) to initiate paradigm shifts and gentle changes to the personal narratives of our lives and culture.

Customer Reviews

An amazing AAPI podcast

I don't typically listen to podcasts, but I like the fact that mental Jiujitsu is Asian-American centered. What's interesting is that it goes beyond just Asian-American and includes pretty interesting stories from people who I wouldn't get a chance to talk to. Definitely recommended for easy listening.
