I'm new to the "listening to podcasts" world, but this podcast is an absolute gem. There is no beating around the bush here, the host Sarah jumps right into the nitty gritty of motherhood the cross of postpartum depression/anxiety/other mental disorders. It is beautiful, it is raw, it is real. Such a treat, and absolute must-listen for any mother or any one who knows a mother. 2 thumbs up for sure.
This is such a beautiful podcast where brave women open up and share their hearts. Such a powerful witness to community and so helpful to people who feel alone!
A Much Needed Podcast
Wow, this podcast fills a huge need. It is a must-listen for mommas. The content is so moving... and needed. The women who share their stories are so brave. And the host Sarah is the perfect perspective and voice for such a delicate, widespread, and often silent topic.
