Terrific for those new to software development or those hiring new devs

If you are an aspiring or new developer this podcast will provide you with some much needed guidance and support. This is the only podcast that I found that a newbie could understand and relate to. The podcast addresses some common issues, concerns and sources of confusion that most people new to the field encounter. The host, Arsalan, clearly really cares about mentoring developers and does this as a service to the community.
