Nautical Knowledge for all!
Modern Maritime news and comments that is discussed in layman's terms for the landlubber, but also vital content for the professional mariner. Peter and John make a great pair with diverse backgrounds in the industry, making the discussions interesting and balanced. Great interviews, industry experts, relevent maritime information and even some nautical musical notes at the end, what more can you want in a podcast?
A Podcast About Ships
Great insight from a ship's captain and maritime industry executive. They mostly talk about the week's ship related news, which is excellent, but they also have a feature called "Internet Ports Of Call" where they share the best sites from around the net about ships. They also have some amazing interviews with ship captains, cost guard / navy officers and other people making news about ships.
Recommended for maritime professionals
Highly recommended for mariners of all kinds, but especially the maritime professional. The series about EPIRBs was real eye opener and a must-listen for any vessel captain or safety officer. My only complaint: the sound level is real uneven at times. Get it anyway: just keep your hand on the volume knob.
