Welcome to the Mindful Mama Movement Podcast! Shannon Kinney-Duh, creator of A Free Spirit Life, and Ashley Walburn, owner of Home Holistic, are bringing you the Mindful Mama Movement - a podcast, community and retreats that empower mamas, encourage authentic living and celebrate living an inspired life. Join us as we bring women together from around the world - in all stages of motherhood - on a journey of learning how to trust ourselves, how to listen to our intuition, how to let go and forgive and how to embrace imperfection in the mess of life. We are practicing mothering from a place of power, presence, creativity, humor and wisdom. This is a place to be nurtured and cared for while you nurture and care for others. We are so happy you are here.

I can not even begin to say enough about the amazing women part of this mindful movement. The community created by these women is empowering, knowledgable, friendly, and incredibly dedicated to spreading love and information regarding every aspect of the life-changing journey that is motherhood. From pregnancy to menopause, and everything in between, this is truly a mindful and holistic community providing awareness and knowledge wherever needed and applicable. Not only is this a solace-filled space for mothers seeking support, encouragement, and resources outside of the mainstream norms, but a way for mothers to practice and experience a deeper connection among the mind, body, and soul. Thank you Ashley and Shannon! I can hardly wait to spread the word and tune-in every week to see what lies ahead 💜
Amazing resource for mindful parenting!
Ashley and Shannon are grounded, authentic, and mindful in their parenting practice. They are gentle and wise, both in their parenting styles and their sharing of information and resources for other mamas. I can tell a difference in the mindfulness of my own parenting, as well as my own self-care, when I'm following along with them.
And Ashley's voice? So soothing!
While this podcast is still very new, I LOVE these ladies! I've loved hearing about their life journeys in becoming mamas and what have made them the "mindful people" that they are today. I follow their page on Facebook and really like the tips they post in becoming more mindful in your everyday life but also questions they pose that actually makes me stop and think. I cannot wait to hear more of their podcasts!
