Mindfulness of Doom is a weekly podcast about life, peaceful living, and existential dread. Brian Lemmerman and Cory Hardaker are mindfulness teachers who put Self-mastery in the context of our impending doom so we can cut the small talk and focus on what’s really important in life. They offer practical tips, geeky banter, and deep anecdotes to help listeners find their inner peace and live joyfully, despite the apparent meaninglessness of everything that has ever existed. http://mindfulnessofdoom.com/

Awesome podcast! It's so nice to hear new voices rising and singing the tunes of mindfulness!
Truly authentic conscious lighthearted explorations of mindfulness in a postmodern context
Seriously a great podcast. One of the biggest motivators for me to LIVE as fully as possible is knowing that I have a finite amount of time to do so. Having a podcast like this to listen to gives me the logical and philosophical tools I'm looking for to actively decide to show up in life. AND they make some amazing connections to other life issues and current events along the way. Definitely worth listening to for the inspiration and lessons.
