Description

What is it really like to start a ministry from scratch? Most of us have only seen the end result, but what if you could experience what it was really like to be there at the beginning? This podcast is a behind the scenes look at the launch of my online teaching ministry "Unlock Your Gifts." So far, there have been stories of God moving in unexpected ways, periods of doubt where I question everything I’m doing, discouragement in the face of stern opposition from an unlikely enemy, and some tough decisions regarding when to be faithful and when to use common sense. The journey has just begun, and the ending has yet to be written. Only God knows how this will turn out in the end...

Relevant and relatable

Very thought provoking and inside look at what really goes on in the mind of someone trying to start a ministry from scratch. Where do you even start? Travis tells it like its happening in real time, going over what was good but also being very open about where he could have done better. Very good to hear that we're not all perfect, and you don't have to have it all together to have an impact.

Just what God wanted me to hear!

This podcast blessed me and gave me something I needed to hear! Thank you so much, great message😊

Thank you for this

Thank you for being so interactive with the people who listen to your podcast. I’m glad we had the opportunity to video chat recently. I’m glad I asked questions and you told me about this podcast. I listened to all of the episodes today. I have to say, it was a blessing to hear your story and timeline into what is now your second podcast. This one is good and I love The Practical Christian Podcast as well.
