Yes. More research
Really enjoyed listening to this. I'm a UX Designer in my first year of work trying to figure this thing out. I found this listen to be incredibly helpful in forming how I'll try to shape my team's design process. And especially being new to the field and not feeling completely confident in what I'm doing. So happy to hear from a trusted industry expert on proven methods. Going to go find as much info I can now on the 5-day design sprint and ditch the traditional group brainstorm. Can't wait to hear more episodes.
As a UX Designer, I almost never listen to industry-focused podcasts because there's This American Life and Gimlet and I love a good podcast escape. What's great about Mixed Methods is that it offers very interesting/practical advice and lacks all pretentious jargon and sentiment. I get excited enough about it that I sort of slip into thinking of how I can integrate the expert advice into my work without realizing it.
I'm a software engineer and I love this podcast so far. Aryel is a great interviewer and is fun to listen to. It gets me excited about UX and makes me realize how important UX is in building a great product.
