This podcast has been a life changer for me and a game changer for my running! I’ve learned so much from Debbie and have had the pleasure of meeting and talking with her in person. I’m officially a Debbie “fan girl” haha and she is on a first name basis at my house. Her podcasts are not only informative with technical information, but also realistic with her personal experiences that she shares to tie it all together. There is something to learn and some laughs to be had when you tune in to this show. Thank you for all that you do and for your positive and welcoming attitude for runners all over the world.

My Favorite Running Podcast

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this podcast when I first started running. Debbie shares her vast knowledge in bite size pieces so it’s easy to understand and remember. I highly recommend this podcast to new and old runners alike!
