Refreshing and honest
Great for any mom who feels like you are walking this parenting journey alone or that all the other moms have it figured out. Liz and Kate are honest about the struggles of being a mom but offer a reality check on how the struggle doesn’t define the mom. The format is an episode of storytelling/interview with a mom followed up by an episode where Liz and Kate reflect and offer ways to learn from the first episode. I look forward to hearing more!
What an honor...
As a guest on Kate & Liz's podcast, they made the process simple and smooth. I was honored to be a guest!
I have this ugly story as a mom. It feels alienating. It feels like I need to hold this mask up, because it’s not okay to show my ugly side. It’s such a relief to listen to other moms who are dropping their masks and getting real. I just listened to the episode with Sasha. Her story is nothing like mine and everything like mind at the same time. So refreshing and reassuring. I’m in love with what you’re doing with this podcast.
