Dr. Tuckman's work is brilliant. He's like a good friend sitting at your kitchen table. He has a thorough and forgiving understanding of the ADD mind. He gets the serious life consequences that come from cumulative efforts to keep up in life. Most importantly, Dr. Tuckman has appropriate and high expectations for individual potential - just exactly what the ADD community needs.

useful and to the point

this podcast has lots of good information packed into short episodes. i like the fact that i can learn more about ADD in 5-10 minute-long bites, as I find myself rewinding and re-listening to them alot.

Thanks, Dr. Tuckman.

Since my diagnosis with ADD as a middle-aged adult, I have been seeking information, and found that there are a lot of "experts" out there who just repeat each other and offer very obvious and stupid "organizational tips." Dr. Tuckman, however, is the real deal! He manages to give technical information about the brain differences of people with ADD without making it sound like a disability or an excuse to underachieve, nor does his podcast turn into a litany of coping skills. His is the only ADD podcasts I have kept updating after sampling *many*. I am about as non-typical of an ADD person as one can be, and yet I still find lots of helpful information in every one of his podcasts.
