Customer Reviews

One of the best

Newly dx’d with ADHD, I wanted to learn as much as I could as to why my brain works like it does. The first time I heard Dr Tuckman speak on ADHD, it was obvious that he just “gets it”. He doesn’t only provide practical strategies and tools to make our lives easier; he presents information from the perspective of how/why someone with ADHD thinks, feels, functions, as well as how others might interpret what we do as lazy, careless, etc. Dr Tuckman understands how our ADHD brain wiring can make our lives more difficult, yet he challenges us to “take action” by using our strengths, always doing our best, and ultimately propelling ourselves forward toward “living a big life”.

A great and helpful listen 2017

Awareness, Honesty, and Willingness: The Three Keys to Success

I am very grateful that there are many wonderful people in the field of ADHD like Ari who are willing to share their knowledge via these podcasts with us. If you have not listened to him speak, you should. He is a wonderful speaker and educator as well as writer. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to hear him in person and it changed me, moved me — it is hard to explain. When he speaks you can see things so clearly. He was one of the BIG motivators for me to plunge in and learn as much as I can about ADHD which I have. His talks as well as his books are helping me separate a lot of facts and fiction. I am glad that my ADHD Coach, Mindy Katz, turned me on to him. THANKS ARI these podcasts are GREAT! !
