Found this podcast through a suggestion in a Facebook group. It’s really informative while also being entertaining.
I can’t glow unless you glow
Finally a strength podcast that I can relate to! After listening to the first episode I couldn’t stop and listened to 4 in a row. Katherine and Cassi want listeners to enjoy their physical existence to the fullest, and to put more value on building abilities instead of changing your physical appearance. It is also refreshing that they don’t use crazy acronyms or jargon. They are very up front about the lens thru which they teach weightlifting (Starting Strength) but are not overly preachy and talk about other perspectives. Oh and they are super LGBTQ+ friendly...what could be better. THANK YOUUU from a novice in Brooklyn <3
