Description

The Motus V podcast is a deep dive into the five pillars of optimum health: Mental Clarity, Exercise, Diet, Recovery, and Tribe. In probing the underpinnings of human potential each week, author Nick Gullo chats with entrepreneurs, athletes, sports psychologists, genetic researchers and oh yeah, good ole' fun peeps. Always searching for those raw vulnerable moments where emotion eclipses restraint and reason, where there is only real - now that's a great podcast episode!

Customer Reviews

Fantastic

Great information and entertainment from every show. Thank you for helping me through my workday!

Warm Fuzzy Feelings

Best Podcast Ever. Love the topics and conversation from BJJ, to sports and fitness, and nutrition, surfing, and global issues, Motus V has been my favorite podcast for quite some time now. I tune in everyday on my way to work, and it gives me warm, fuzzy feelings every time. OSS!

Eat, Pray, Love

I first encountered Nick The Tooth at Vice's Fighland and his honest, cerebral writing style made me an instant fan. The Tooth lends the same honesty and explorative process to his podcast that covers a universe of subjects - from MMA to surfing - in his search for self-improvement, self-exploration and general contemplation. Occasionally deep, occasionally shallow, often egotistical, it's an "Eat, Pray, Love" with a masculine twist.
