If i could give this 6 stars i would!

With all the great stuff nerdist industries is putting out this has to be my new favorite. As an indie comic writer/artist starting out i love hearing the process and stories of people that have created and still are creating entertainment that i love and i have found its helping my process greatly. Thank you so much for this and please keep them coming.

A must-listen for anyone who takes writing seriously!

If there's one thing this podcast has shown me, it's that I like the people who make television more than I actually like television. I relate to them. I love writing as much as they do, and I hate writing as much as they do. And every week when I finish an episode, I am left feeling inspired, attuned, and a little smarter than I was when I started. And you know what? I've been writing more, too.

My new favorite podcast.

I'll never be a screenwriter, but I've enjoyed this more than most any new podcast in a very long time. If you want to find great TV, you learn to pay attention to who the writers and showrunners of the shows you enjoy most are. Unsurprisingly, these same people tell very entertaining stories when talking about their work, too. In addition to some of the fascinating (and often hilarious) "inside baseball" stories, there is a lot of great insight into the creative process here that will ring true for anyone who does creative work for a living, whether they are interested in screenwriting or not.
