Nerd Nirvana

This show is by far one of the most entertaining podcasts I've had the pleasure of listening to. I've been looking for a show that incorporates alot of my interests into one podcast and this definately hits the spot. The music does seem to come a little too often but most of the time it's funny/entertaining and relevant to the episode. The one thing I wish they would do is make chapters within the podcast so it'd be easier to skip through the music if you didn't want to hear it.

The DnD episodes are by far some of my favorite, the voices are absolutely hilarious and the banter between players makes the episodes a great listen. I really wish there were more of the DnD episodes inbetween the regular shows.

The show is great for helping to stay up to speed on comics and related news. Again, the banter between the hosts is great and filled with lots of obscure references to nerdy topics ranging from X-Men characters to NES games and anything inbetween. These references will likely fly over the heads of younger/less nerdy individuals but for the rest of us it's truly a pleasure. I really hope the show continues strong. I've only been able to listen to the 2nd and 3rd seasons, however if there is a way to listen to archived 1st season shows I'd love to hear them.

Excellent show with excellent music

The musical interludes add to the experience, not detract from. The music matches the topic at hand with impressive accuracy, and most of the music has now been added to my music collection independently. Besides the music, the wild tangents taken in every episode (i.e. Donkey Box) make for a very organic and unpredictable, yet extremely enjoyable experience.

Great, authentic nerdcasting

If you’re looking for a show run by nerds, for nerds, you’ve come to the right place. The hosts on each show come from all walks of nerdom, which makes for really entertaining discussion. This is my go-to podcast for commuting.
