As a new therapist in the NICU, I’ve been loving all the content available through this podcast. Covering both medicinal aspects and parent emotions this is an awesome podcast

A fantastic way to feel connected in a very isolating situation!

Being in the NICU is such a isolating, crazy-making place to be. This podcast helps to educate you about everything you will experience but, almost more importantly, reminds you that you are not alone. A must have for anyone going through this. This podcast was not around in 2011 when I was going through my NICU experience with my daughter, but I feel certain that it would have changed my life and ability to cope through that scary time in my life.

A godsend for preemie/NICU parents

So many preemie/NICU families suffer in silence and isolation, as I once did. This podcast helps parents -- esp moms -- acknowledge the deeply conflicted emotions that can be so overwhelming when a baby is born at the edge of life: fear, guilt, shame, powerlessness, failure. And in breaking down those walls of silence and isolation, I think this podcast will help thousands of families become empowered to advocate for their children in a society that often devalues their basic human worth. I'm honored for my own memoir, GIRL IN GLASS, to be featured in episode 2, but even more grateful that this podcast now exists for so many families like mine.
