The goal is to be more like our bird friends, elevated with a different and lighter perspective other than just the ground. Join me on this weekly “check in” and gain more of an birds eye view of common situations, circumstances, thoughts, and feelings that keep us up at night but also keep us from being present in our daily lives and relationships. And you don't have to worry about a God complex here, just reflecting on real life; Meeting up with a good friend just to chat. I’ll have some special guests sit with me to talk about their journeys and why I consider them “humming birds” in my life. Be prepared to laugh and maybe feel more but most importantly be prepared to grow. ... And like anything, this podcast too has a balance to it. Tune in Friday nights for a special segment of short horror stories fact and fiction. Check those doors twice and settle in for the “Night Owl”.
