Love this podcast! I have been through Ninja coaching with Terry Johnson. I am comfortable making the real estate process about the client and not about me. I have never been about a hard sell but I love serving people and making their experience as positive as I can. As we all know, transaction do not always go as planned so be able to adjust and advise to stay on track and get to the finish line is a real joy for me. Thank you for the great advise. I am recommending to my Better Homes & Gardens Kansas City office.
