No muss, no fuss.
Pauline is one of my favorite athlete out there, and should be everyone's role model in all-things-fitness and even life, the example she sets for her work ethic and a healthy lifestyle is impeccable. The best thing about her is that she tells you as it is, she doesn't sugar coat it. She does not care to be politically correct and will tell you exactly what she feels like.
So, if you're looking for cut throat honest advice and don't want to go through all the BS that many fitness 'gurus' out there claim to provide, then you've come to the right place. Oh and she also comes with a tasteful sense of humor, something that is scarce these days.
Great job, Pauline and Bosley! I loved this episode and hope you continue these. I am a podcast junkie and have all my favorites lined out...but you would be bumped to the front of the line for sure. I love Pauline's no nonsense approach and I know that I can trust the information I am getting from her! Thanks and keep up the great work.
