Super Practical Information

I was impressed with the very practical and actionable information found in these podcasts. Each episode is packed with information anyone involved in the nonprofit sector can put to use immediately. The podcasts are also easy to listen to and quite funny!

Amazing Advice for the Modern Age

Joan's mastery of the non-profit space is clear in this fantastic overview of different problems and solutions facing different aspects of non-profit leadership. Recommended for anyone interested in non-profits (or even for-profits, I found a lot of valuable crossover). I loved the first three episode and can't wait for more!

Nonprofit President/CEO

There is NO ONE better at giving smart, strategic advice to nonprofit leaders than Joan. She's seen it all and done even more, and is not afraid to share everything she's learned - the good, bad, and ugly - with the rest of us. Also, and very importantly, she is funny. She helps us to remember that while the going can get tough at times, it's always better to go at it with a sense of humor. Good to be reminded not to take ourselves too seriously, even as we are elevating our game significantly as a result of her great advice.

Thanks for this, Joan. You are tremendous.
