An escape from the rut of daily living
NPR's emailed stories podcast is predictible. In this case, that's a fabulous thing. In a convenient podcasting format, this NPR segment now occupies the bulk of my commuting time. It's a chance to explore new worlds, examine problems from a fresh and introspective viewpoint, and to take a break from the relentless din that is the modern world. Thanks NPR for making this podcast just what we expect!
A Great Podcast, But PLEASE Make it Bookmarkable
It would be such a pleasure to listen to this podcast if it were possible to skip past the -- shall we say -- less interesting stories. It would move this from a solid B to an A+
Great, but needs chapters
I love getting the podcast of NPR so that I can actually hear the WHOLE story if I want to, rather than getting interupted by life (kids...). But I really would listen more if there were chapters so I could skip to the story I'm interested in, or past one that I've already heard. PLEASE NPR, upgrade this wonderful podcast so it is more user friendly!
