The Urban Legend of Water ... dissolved

Wow! Someone finally tells us " ... drink 64 oz of water per day... " is actually a MYTH or URBAN LEGEND and ... provides PROOF! I liked the style and content of the presentation. I also thought it was great that she anticipated what additional information listeners might want yet sensitive to the fact that more info may be a “snooze fest” or TMI (too much information) for other listeners. Therefore she provided links to more info for those yearning for more detail. She gave just the right amount of detail. Well done! I will subscribe and see what else I might learn. Good work! Good Advice That is Easy to Digest

This is an excellent podcast for anyone who wants to eat healthier, but can't stand the lecturing tone of so many health experts. The host provides simple diet tips that are easy to incorporate in your daily routine and that won't leave you feeling deprived of your favorite foods. She makes eating healthy seem like an achievable goal rather than a punishment. She reminds you that with food, there are always choices and that by making a few smart choices, you can make a big difference in your health.


this is one of the first podcasts i like, and its great! the only reason why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ads in it are annoying...keep up the GREAT work!!!
