I was going to title my review “life-changing” but that seemed too cliche’ and wouldn’t really describe my thoughts. I really, really enjoy listening to Stephanie’s podcasts. After I listen, I feel energized, positive about life and ready to conquer the world. That is a really nice feeling to have and rare to feel after consuming most media in this day and age. Thank you for sharing your positivity with the world Stephanie. I am a better person because of these podcasts and excited to make some changes in my life.

Reorganizing my Pinterest Boards

I absolutely love this podcast. It has changed my life in so many ways! The craziest change was how I organize my Pinterest boards. Before Stephanie, I had sections dedicated to “80% food” (the “good” foods) and “20% food” (the “bad” foods). Now, it’s organized into food categories, no judgement allowed. Paleo foods mingle with French toast bakes in the breakfast section, and desserts include Keto “fat bombs” and delicious pies.
I’m still working on my boards and my own intuitive eating, but I’ve got a great start thanks to Nutrition Redefined.
