About this Oh God I'm Gay..
This podcast isn't about whether you like gay people or if you approve of homosexuality. This podcast explores what it means to be spiritual and have faith from a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender perspective.
It seems people who are misinformed and uneducated are commenting in as experts. Just saying something like Allah isn't God is really ignorant. Allah is the standard Arabic word for "God". The term is known in the West for its use by Muslims as a reference to God. Arabic-speakers of all faiths, including Christians and Jews, use the word "Allah" to mean "God". So, listen to this podcast, cause its good, and do some research before commenting.
Great interviews of how glbt overcome prejudice in a spiritual context and then go on to help others. As a Jewish person, I particularly enjoyed the interviews with the rabbis. As the mom of a gay son, I enjoyed the interviews relating to gay youth.
