Old and On Your Left is the only podcast (at least that we know of) for and about masters triathletes. Curious about gear, training tips, or how other masters triathletes keep their personal, professional, and athletic lives in balance? That’s the kind of stuff we talk about here.

Off to a Good Start
Hmmm...give up the Spec Ops 2.0 for Roka?!? This will be the test.
I like the idea of something geared towards the issues we have to deal with. The first podcast was really about Holiday ideas. Unfortunately I listened a little too late for the Wahoo Kickr. It will have to be a present for myself.
A fantastic and unique podcast. The only podcast directed towards Masters triathletes, Chuck does a great job raising and discussing subjects of interest to Master triathletes. Also, great interviews. Give this a listen and enjoy.
Great ideas, excellent research, and solid delivery with humor and reflection in equal measure. Definitely worth the time if you are a Master's triathlete at any level.
