Omitted is a weekly history podcast, exploring the lost stories behind history's biggest events. These are the stories that have been omitted from the narrative. These are the tales that could soon be forgotten. For that reason, they must be told.

Little know history about ordinary people

I am not a huge history buff by any means, but my favorite history niche is little known history about ordinary people. I love reading, or in this case listening, about regular people caught up in or pushed to the background of well known historical events. This podcast does just that. Everyone knows the general story of the Titanic, but I have never heard of these individual people and their stories until now. Each story is unique and keeps me interested. If you love history, the Titanic, or learning little known facts--I suggest you check this out.

Fave podcast

This podcast has beautiful narration of stories that you've likely never heard before but are still important. If you're into history and looking for something different, this is it. Everyone's story is important, no matter how small, and this podcast does a great job of keeping them alive.

My new favourite podcast.

The Eliza Hocking episode literally brought me to tears. The narration is spot on, and immediately gripping. Every episode so far has told the story of the life someone either remarkable, or remarkably tragic. I highly recommend this to anyone interested I the titanic or forgotten history in general.
